Lived in Springfield my whole life and just moved to the area. These guys are the best for getting customer service and quality eye care.. I’ve seen a lot of eye doctors in my life, as I’ve had glasses and contacts for over 20 years. You won’t walk out of the office dissatisfied.

I've never enjoyed an optometrist appointment before today and I am glad to say I am so impressed! The staff is all so friendly and helpful, and Dr. V. Falkenhain is wonderful! Definitely going back and taking who I can with me. Much thanks to my husband's coworker, Josh Sanders for the referral!

My glasses were done on time, if not earlier! Great work guys keep it up!

there was a problem with the prescription they replaced it all for free these are all great people everybody should do business like them

They have horrible customer service at the receptionist desk. I’ve been going to this doctors for 18 + years and I’m shocked with how rude they can be. The eye doctors are amazing, but the receptionists need a serious attitude change. Very disappointed when I called today to ask for a copy of my eye records. They were rude and unwilling to help. So glad I can now go to a place with polite receptionist workers.
