I’ve been going there for a few years now. The staff is always so friendly. . I like that we can just get our shots with no appointments needed. My allergies symptoms has been so much better. My recent testing was remarkably better. Thank you, Camille D.

Generally I am happy with the service. However I must agree that the service has declined some in the last year or so since the changes in management. Things like the injection room being closed with very litttle notice and just over all not as friendly an atmosphere. It’s kind of like they are trying to be so professional and in doing so have lost some of the human touch.

This clinic has gone downhill since family allergy took it over. For example, this week, it's been closed Monday and Tuesday. It closes frequently now if the waiting room isn't heated well or the waiting room is overheated. The delay getting the shot administered has increased. It's much more chaotic. The long time receptionist has left and people don't know how to do simple things helpful to the client

Staff are good - minus one woman. Berates me when I’ve missed shots, including when my mother passed away and I could not come in for 7 weeks. She did not bother to ask why there had been a change in schedule just said I had to do better. This has now happened several times. They also close before 5pm - and have started to close unexpectedly because there’s not enough staff - so it’s hard to get there if you work. I’ll be trying to switch providers and would not recommend.

Been using family allergy -asthma for several years now. Use to be great with just walking in getting my injections. Now, I never know when or if they will be open, if they have a doctor on call so I can get my injections, or if I’m a day to early, or if they have my serum. And above all I drive 20 plus miles round trip and no more fridays or noon hours. I’ve seen a huge turnover in the last year and with all the hassle it’s not only the employees that are unhappy, it’s also me, the customer!
