I love this doctor’s office! I was first seeing Mrs Myesha the nurse practitioner and she was AMAZING! She and Dr. Kia Mitchell are outstanding ! Having a physician listen and value my concerns about my health is so rewarding ! They definitely care about their patients here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to start by saying that the staff, especially Wendy, has always been wonderful. She consistently went above and beyond to help me with labs, referrals, and squeezing me in when something was urgent. My issue is not with the staff, but with the doctors. I went to this clinic for years with worsening GI symptoms. I repeatedly asked for imaging, specialist referrals, and further testing, but I was constantly dismissed and told it was just stress or anxiety. During this time, I lost a significant amount of weight, developed cardiac issues, and the one time they did order labs, I tried to explain why the results were concerning and how they matched my symptoms. Still, I was brushed off. I begged for someone to take me seriously, but I was treated like I was overreacting or imagining thi

Dr. Mitchell is the best doctor I've ever had. She has a genuin passion for treating her patients. She always makes me feel like I am her only and favorite patient. She focuses on my whole health and not just what I came in to see her for. Her staff is attentive and caring. Most of my visits, I rarely wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I leave her office feeling confident that I have received the best treatment possible.

I have had nothing but the best of experiences at this office since my very first visit. It is hard to find a doctor and staff that you like and that make you feel welcome and like what you have going on REALLY matters. Windy is great and makes things happen, Very helpful as I too work in a doctors office~They always are sure to get me in!! Thanks sooo Much FFMG!!!

Below average. I've been with nurse practitioner Kia Mitchell for about three years. She calls herself a doctor but it is misleading because she is not a physician. Besides the front desk chaos and endless waiting on the phone. I grew tired of the miscommunications, delays and below average healthcare (wellness exam consisted of listening to my heart and lungs only. No labs no chest x-ray or other screening). Look elsewhere.
