I’ve been going to this clinic for 4 years. While the doctors are generally okay, the front desk nurses — especially Nurse Cam — are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I chose this clinic as my parents' PCP because they don’t speak English well. Instead of offering patience and support, the front desk staff talk down to elderly patients and treat non-English speakers with disrespect. They act entitled, like being a nurse makes them superior to the patients they’re supposed to care for. My mom has a herniated disc and has been in pain for over a month. She asked four times for a referral and called multiple times for her annual checkup results — no one followed up. The most frustrating part? The 2 little girls at the front desk are absolutely useless and rude (must be related to the owner otherwise no one in their right mind would hire them). Came in with my wife today because she has an appointment for consultation, so I figure might as well make an appointment for a check up since they show up in my insurance provider list. When I gave them my insurance info they quickly state that they dont accept my insurance, since my wife already had an appointment just went ahead and just pay cash for the consultation which they gladly and quickly accept, however, it was amusing to see how dumb she was as she couldn't figure out how to do simple math because she tried to overcharge and short change my wife. Please get care somewhere else. This office staff, especially the receptionist, do NOT care about the patients at all. They can’t even help with a simple request such as changing pharmacy to send medications to. They just want money from you but do not provide any care.
