Falls Pediatric & Teen Care

The receptionists are great. Nurses are great and the doctors are good too. I don't know why all the negative reviews. I've been taking my son here for years and I've never ever had a problem with anyone in this office. The longest I ever had to wait to be seen was 15 minutes and then probably about the same waiting for the doctor to come in and that is the longest it's not usually a wait at all. I moved out of the neighborhood about 4 years ago and I drive 45 minutes to an hour to take my son here and I certainly wouldn't be doing that if the receptionists were rude and I had to wait long every time we needed to see the doctor. I'm really confused by the negative reviews.

I scheduled an appointment and waited 2 hours to be seen. Second appointment my daughter and waited 1 and 30 minutes and was not seen. She was asked to reschedule. The receptionists are very rude, vicious, and unprofessional. They are extremely outdated i.e do not take credit/debit cards, can not print out patient care notes or shot records etc. requires a 5 day wait time. I do not recommend this place.

The doctors are wonderful and deserve 5 stars but the front desk is abrasive, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I should haven’t to feel embarrassed to ask for what I’m paying for. Honestly considering switching on this premise, which is a shame because I like the Doctors.

I love this office I have been taking my kids here for over 21 years. Dr. Vanderhei saw all of my children and is currently seeing my daughter. I would recommend this office to all of my friends. The ladies at the front desk are excellent.

Dr. Kathryn Vanderhei, is very through and has the utmost care for children of all ages. Furthermore, when I had a question after hours, the physician on duty was quick to give me a call back, and the recommendation was spot on.
