My experience at Falls Lake Dental was outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and spends sufficient time to address your needs. There was no rush or interruption. Although you’re entering the Dentist office, the waiting area surely doesn’t provide that typical Doctor / Dentist office feel. Friendly and professional staff welcomes you in and the lobby is furnished with comfortable furniture. Once called back, introduced to the hygienist and she explains everything that will be done for the exam. Highly skilled and patient, we got through the photos, X-rays etc. Once completed, met with Dentist Patel to go over the findings. Dentist Patel clearly is a master at his trade, and has an excellent team he oversees and works with. Dentist Patel and his office have made a new life long patient out of my wife and I.

Dr Patel performed a thorough examination. Candice did a super job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Front desk was very helpful in setting up appointments and filing insurance claim.
