Fall River Medical

I have been going to FRM for awhile. I used to have pretty great experiences. Since then, not so much. On 2 seperate occasions they messed up filing my DOT medical examination with FMCSA. In addition, they've added a very frustrating calling system that I feel like you can't get ahold of anyone. Its kind of a bummer but I feel I have to make this review

I have nothing but good to say about this wonderful place. Aside from the new building, which I love, I originally ended up at Fall River to get something checked out. I was so impressed with my care that when I found out they had an OBGYN, I was *very* interested. It took me a few weeks to decide to dive in, based on a really hard experience with a different place in Rexburg, but I have been beyond pleased at the extra care and attention I have received on every level at Fall River. It's become our go to for urgent care, and I *really* loved my experience with the their OBGYN.

I am not one to leave reviews but I work in healthcare and take care of patients all day. I have lots of health issues. I came in the receptionist and the CNA/MA or whoever was doing my intake seemed so bothered that I was there. The doctor and PA were amazing i appreciate all they did. But the CNA/MA did not make feel welcomed, the girl made me feel embarrassed about having issues. Sighing about problems I listed. She was not kind, did not provide patient care the way she should’ve and I didn’t feel cared for.

doctors are nice and friendly. NOT FRIENDLY RECEPTIONISTS. I have had a sickness that’s hard to treat and they sent the wrong test in which delayed my results by weeks. I have had to drop out of school due to health and all I get is the answer we don’t know what’s wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want rude staffing (besides the doctors) and your life to fall apart because they don’t know what’s wrong they are doing. TEACH YOUR FRONT DESK WORKERS KINDNESS PLEASE AND NURSES (expect Jospeh he’s amazing)

Friendly, caring and helpful staff! I always get answers when I visit, and I have experienced genuine, consistent, reliable and affordable care here for about 5 years. I recommend calling ahead with any questions, and asking about wait times, they are the best at trying to get you the info you need, when you need it.
