Convenient drive-thru pharmacy but helper couldn't find what i needed even though they WERE there.

This review is purely about the pharmacy: Would never recommend you go through them to pick up prescriptions. As somebody that needs to regularly take my medications, I have never had a worse experience. Every time I called in a refill, there was a problem. The last straw was when I had called in a refill and was told that the pharmacy sent a refill request to the doctor because I needed to be seen by them first. When I saw the doctor a few days later, he told me the pharmacy had a record that I had PICKED UP MY ORDER the day that I had called in for a refill request. This is all extremely concerning and I have switched pharmacies. I do not know if it's gross incompetence, negligence, or I'm incredibly unlucky, but I won't be going here any more.

I have had positive experiences each and every time I've been to the pharmacy! The staff is friendly and helpful! They continually go out of their way to ensure quality service and care! Thank you for your efforts !! You are so appreciated!!

I asked them to refill a medication for me. They said they needed to call my hometown pharmacy but they'd contact me the next day. The next day, I go back to the health center and they tell me the same thing. I remind them that they said they'd get my medication today. They tell me they'd call. No apologizes. A week goes by and I have to find out from a different pharmacy that they had it refilled the whole time! So I don't recommend this pharmacy if you can help it.
