This practice is the worst, they have lack of communication, they don’t help you in a timely fashion as far as prescriptions when you need them. They have nasty attitudes and they don’t care. I would never do business with this practice again. Please save your time and energy somewhere else because this is not the place to come at all for medical or mental health.

This was the worst experience with behavioral health I’ve ever had. I was there for a couple of years because the location was convenient and it was good at first but after a while things got real shady and unprofessional. I would make appointments before work so I could get my scripts filled before I went in. My appointment might have been 11am but I wasn’t seen til after 12 and the excuse the secretary would always say is oh she’s on a call give her a minute and that minute would last an hour just to then only see her for 10 minutes . Or I would be sitting there and someone would walk in after me and the secretary would take them back to her and be like I’m so sorry this was important even though I literally had an appointment scheduled. I only put up with it because if I didn’t see her

I was being treated with psychotropic medication for bi-polar, Major Depression D/O, Obsessive compulsive D/O and was virtually left w/o treatment during the pandemic, she refused to assist me with a therapist and would not refill medications unless I came into the office no therapeutic treatment , jut questions about the medication, I was compliant with medication. The primary reason for termination, however no prior notice was given.
