Faith Dental of Somerset

I'm giving a one star only because I have to in order to write a review. Would absolutely NOT recommend. My children got filings there and they kept falling out sometimes within an hour. Then we found out my daughter was pregnant and called to have all future appointments canceled until further notice. We wanted to wait to talk to her ob-gyn before doing anything. So we find out it’s ok and one of the teeth that the filling fell out of chipped so I call to see if she could get an appointment or at least work her in and I was greeted with we will not see your daughter anymore because she missed 2 appointments. No sir I cancel all appointments there’s a difference. He was very rude.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Donna gives me the best cleanings I’ve ever had and Dr Grippe is thorough and gentle. It’s a busy office because they are the only dental group in the area that accepts Medicaid but they treat their patients very well.

The receptionist is very rude. Got to wait over a year just to get in for a cleaning. I’m pregnant I explained I had multiple teeth bothering me wanted to see if Somerset office could get me in sooner then berea it got made clear I have an appointment with berea office Somerset wasn’t helping me.

Scheduled an appointment back in May they told me I could be seen in August. They called the day before my appointment said most of the staff would be out sick and they had to reschedule all the way till November. I'm so done with faith dental. They done the very same thing with the one in Monticello,KY 3 different times. Staff was always sick or had a relative that was sick. I understand life happens but maybe they all need to get seen by a doctor or something cause of all the sickness. Needless to say Im finding me another dentist. I can't tell how they're service is because they keep cancelling my appointments.

The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Not only did they cancel my appointment without me knowing (cause they called the wrong person and that person cancelled it, they didn’t even check to see if it was the right Amanda) I ended up getting in that day at my scheduled time but was given no promise he could do anything since the appointment was cancelled… I have had a severely impacted tooth for 8 weeks now. Terrible pain and went through an infection that put me in the ER on Thanksgiving. So I get in there, he numbs me, and goes to pull it 15-20 minutes later. I told him ow multiple times I could feel it still. He said “well guess I can’t numb you enough, sorry, can’t take the tooth out” and just left the room.
