I have been a patient of Dr Cohen for nearly a year. I have been very happy with the care and service received during this time. I find the staff to be courteous and helpful. The medical assistants and nurses have been excellent in their care. Dr Cohen is very thorough and takes the time to listen and answer questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a colonoscopy, endoscopy or treatment for gastrointestinal issues.
I was received with very professional and friendly staff. I was seen at appointment time and had opportunity to ask any questions needed. Excellent experience.
Our experience was great. The staff was pleasant and all our questions we had about a future procedure were answered completely. Wait time wasn't long at all.
Excellent service from check-in to preparing to meet with Lauren to actual consult to scheduling procedures. They listened, answered questions, and relieved anxiety thru professional manner. I'm in good hands.
