Fairview Rehab & Nursing Home

My soon to be 102 y/o Mother, has Dementia and is in this Nursing facility. The Nurses and the staff are incredibly nice, caring and truly professional. They take great care of my Mom and I couldn't be happier. The only complaint I have is that it takes a very long time for the phone to be answered whenever I call; wish they were as attentive to that aspect of the facility. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a Nursing facility. To Mimi and the staff: I sincerely appreciate your dedication and great work. Thank you.

Miss sandy my social worker, Miss Pierre my Cna and Rose is an absolute exceptional individual who approaches every situation with deep empathy and professionalism. They made me feel heard and respected. Miss sandy always offering practical solutions and most importantly a non judgmental support during a very difficult time. I like them a lot, we need more individual characters like these three at Fairview. They’re the reason I am still here.

My 96 year old grandfather stayed at Fairview for short term rehabilitative care earlier this year for a little over a month due to battling an infection. The staff was the highlight of our experience there. They provided strong attention to detail to ensure he properly healed during his stay. We were able to discharge him quickly after reviewing his case (shoutout to Christian)

⭐ 1 Star – Heartbreaking Experience Please, do not bring your loved ones here. From the moment my father entered this facility, there were problems. He had recently fallen and was admitted for rehab, yet they accepted him without proper fall precautions. His “one-to-one” would be sitting at the nurses’ station instead of anyone watching him. A nurse (Miguel) told my mother that since my father doesn’t wear diapers, he could just go in his underwear. When I arrived, he’d been bathed but not dried properly and the bed was wet. We had to ask for his sheets to be changed. Jonie, the manager promised safety mats took nearly an hour to arrive. I called her and she left for the day. Why not make sure it was taken care of before you left. That night the nurse called and he was denied his diabet

The staff is slow. Its so nasty in here. I watched the janitor mop the floor then swept only what u can see. Under my mom's bed is still filthy. Behind the trash can filthy. Just fixing the sink. After I told staff she was wet. I waiting 30 min for someone to tell me they didn't change her.
