I had great experience. Walking in door was welcome greeted. Waiting area was nice, clean, and no odors....Was taken back to procedure area, staff didn't explain procedure I was having just said about three hours, though I had this procedure done fifteen years. Staff was pleasant and friendly..Procedure room was nice clean with no odors. Used front and procedure room bathrooms they were very clean and smelled nice they were stocked with soap, towels, toilet paper, and sanitizer. Overall I had great experience....

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Fairview Park Physical Therapy Center! In 2025, I had two total knee replacements — my left knee in May and my right in October — and this team guided me through both recoveries with exceptional care from start to finish. Every single person here is outstanding. They truly care, they empathize, and they consistently demonstrate professionalism, expertise, and kindness. They’re also very personable and incredibly flexible with scheduling (just make sure to let them know if you need to miss an appointment!). Their assessments were always thorough, and they took the time to help me clearly understand why each exercise mattered and how it helped my progress. I was recently admitted to the hospital for a few days and I just have to praise the wonderful caring nurses on OB floor from top nurse Lynn to all the.nurses. I only have one big complaint/disappointment and that's i do not care for hospitalist you see a different one every day and only once. So I had a bad experience with them. But THANK YOU ALL NURSES I was going to leave a separate review for the cafeteria but couldn't get it. So my hat goes off the the men and women that work so hard for the patients. And the food was absolutely unbelievable. I cant say enough about them. The employees were so caring, sweet and so helpful. Thanks again. Another 5 stars. CAROL TRAYLOR

It was one of the BEST customer experience that I have received. The Tech (I think her name was Monica) was so gentle and kind. The warm cloth robe was a nice gesture. It was quick but not rushed. The lady at the desk( I think her name was Amy) was spot on. She even offered to dim the lights for me. She was quick in attending to me and answering any questions that I had. She allowed me to use the internet while I work. I will definitely schedule my next mammogram here even thought I have to drive an hour away. The experience was worth it. I recently had a total hip replacement at Fairview Park Hospital and had to comment how well my treatment was there. It was outpatient surgery and everyone I came in contact with was courteous. The admission and pre tests went quick as well as the check-in the day of surgery. The nursing staff for pre op and post op were marvelous. The anesthesiologist was amazing! The rehab staff was great at getting me up and moving as well. I was home by that evening and had two follow up calls. One that night and one the next day! Thank you to the entire team at FPH!
