I've taken my 2 cats here and have been terribly disappointed. Their bedside manner is severely lacking. One of my cats (not even 2 years old) died 2 days after being treated here. They prescribed prednisone for some face wounds he had from scratching. 2 weeks later, he began urinating everywhere and howling in pain. When i scheduled another visit to address this, I was told that it was behavioral and they gave me gabapentin. They didnt bother to do any blood work or physical exam to try and understand the underlying causes of these symptoms. The next day he had a grand mal seizure in my living room and I rushed him to the vet hospital in Goochland County trying to save his life. $4,000 and 8 hours later, I had to put him down. We had a litter of kittens that their mom passed away when they were 2 days old. They were very helpful and guided us to take care of them.

Made time to serve us and took good, quick, and affordable care of my dog. Even called the next day to check on her.

I will not be back to this place their service and their groomer is trash Hung up in their face multiple times no customer service. I will take my dog to PetSmart. And do not take your pet here because they will always find a hidden fee to charge you I wish I could leave a zero

Thanks to them I did not put my cat down. I was upset about deaths in my family’s at the same time I had to say goodbye to my cat. They convinced me the time was not right to put the brother down because the sister died.
