They were friendly and quick. Went to several other dentists in town and couldn't get a tooth extraction. They got it down in one trip and also gave discount for paying cash

Great patient service. My friend has a lot of anxiety with dentists and the staff definitely made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The procedure was for one extraction, which was assessed quickly and treated with patience and care! Thank you staff for a welcoming experience! We will continue to return for other services.

Just skip all the other dentist and go here first. Dr.Martin and his staff were so nice. They put my mind at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Dr.Martin is very gentle and talks you through every step. Even when I had to come back for a dry socket he was super nice. Thank you Fairfield Staff!! Especially Dr.Martin and his nurse Connie.

It is not difficult to treat people well, we have sent several secret shoppers to evaluate office staff , patient interactions and care. Time and time again the staff have treated our clients in the most unprofessional manner possible. Rude, extremely abrubt and in several cases , simply ignored our clients. We use this data to make recommendations to clients throughout the area, and these interactions have risen to the occaision to de-list this practice. Steer clear, there are many dentists to choose from in this market , competition will one day eliminate those with very little customer care skills.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this place (forced to use this for insurance), my wife just went in with a cracked tooth that happened last night. They went “yep, looks cracked schedule an appointment for later we can’t do anything now”. This was after they informed us they take walkins, well my mom was a dental hygienist growing up and I’m aware of the dangers of an infection and it getting into the bloodstream. We left this place immediately and got another opinion. They treated and found it in fact did get into the boood stream. If this place can’t bother to check their patients for possible life threatening infections why are they in business……???? Scary, if you crack a tooth make sure they check for an infection before you leave…..don’t trust this place.
