Dr. Failor is truly remarkable. She was amazing with my 7 year old daughter. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and explained the procedure in a way that my daughter would understand. Dr. Failor is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner is the best I have ever witnessed. I am so grateful to have find her. She will be the only podiatrist my family will use moving forward.

Last summer I had an ingrown toe nail and had not gone to a podiatrist in a while, and mistakenly went here instead of the other podiatrist next door. I have had ingrown toenails before and this is the only professional who told me (a woman in her 20s) she would need to get the toe nail removed. She botched a simple ingrown toenail and gave me an infection. Something that actually would cause me to get a toe nail removed. I was in pain for weeks before I found a better podiatrist after moving and had the infection healed and toe nail fixed. Never go here! Just go next store to the other podiatrist so you don’t have to go through this.

Dr. Failor got me in for an appointment the next day! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable all at the same time. The office was very nice. It was clean, and had a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, which is exactly what I want in a doctor’s office. She very efficiently took care of my ingrown toenail and took great care in my comfort. I highly recommend Failor Foot Care LLC!

Yesterday was my first time visiting a podiatrist and I feel fortunate to have found Dr Failor. She was very professional and took her time and helped me with my foot issues. She went above and beyond in providing me with information so that I could do self care at home. Her pricing is very reasonable and I highly recommend her. Believe the 5 star reviews.

Dr. Failor was pleasant, professional, and gracious when performing the procedure to remove my severe, ingrown toenails today. She did a magnificent job and I look forward to enjoying the fruits of her labors (I won't have box cutter blades digging in my toes now). I highly recommend her to anyone who needs work done on their feet. I already booked and paid in advance for my next appointment because of my confidence in her work. She has very modest pricing for the value she provides her clients.
