We absolutely love Fadal Pediatric Dentistry of Longview, Texas!!!! My daughter, Karsyn, has been a patient here since she was just 12 months old, and we’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and they truly know how to make children feel comfortable and safe. A special shoutout to Tina, the hygienist—she is amazing! Tina is incredibly friendly, nurturing, and patient, and she has such a calm, reassuring way with kids. She always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes Karsyn feel at ease, and her professionalism really stands out. I cannot rave enough about Fadal Pediatrics enough. My children love them, which at the last place we used, they were scared. To me, that screams how well their practice is and how centered around making the kids feel safe and seen while giving them the best dental care possible. I know without a doubt that all dentist in this practice care for children as if they were their own. I am so thankful for them!

The hygienists and doctors were so friendly and welcoming to our 3 year old. They answered his many questions and made him feel comfortable. However, the front desk staff acted as if we were a nuisance from the very beginning. Short, annoyed that I needed insurance verification, and when it was time to leave and my son was picking out a toy, the lady seemed extremely annoyed that he was taking his time picking out the “perfect reward” in his mind. Being a pediatric dentist office, I would hope the people you encounter first and last would make a better impression.

You know what feels like an absolute scam? Fadal Pediatric Dentistry. Always — and I mean always — get a second opinion. We had been patients there for five years with zero issues. At a midyear six-month checkup, we were told there were a couple of small spots to “keep an eye on.” As someone with pretty intense dental anxiety, I immediately tightened up our routine — fruit snacks were limited, flossing was added in religiously every single night, and we stayed consistent. Fast forward to our December 2025 checkup: suddenly my son had gone from two spots to eight, all supposedly needing caps immediately.
