Facial Imaging Mobile Office

Well geez, I just came here to write a review about my experience as a patient and I was shooketh to see the semi-low star rating and negative reviews because my experience was nothing short of great! Jeremy was very pleasant while booking my appointment and also was very accommodating with my questions via email before the scan. On the day of my appointment, Shawn (sp) was polite and thorough with his instructions during the scan and I felt comfortable the entire time. It took all of 5 mins. At the end of the visit, he showed me the images and informed me that I could always reach out to them in the future anytime I needed a copy of my scan for myself or a future dental appointment, which was nice to know. JEREMY IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND AN OUTRIGHT LIAR. I see there have been some complaints about this guy before and I am not surprised. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to schedule an appointment (I also left a message) because my husband's dentist wanted him to schedule a digital imaging. I have receipts of all the times I called as well. He outright lied to me and said he "always" answers the phone and messages and that I never called, and then tried to gaslight me. Then he asked for my husband's dentists name but he goes to a Korean dentist that I've never met because his English isn't great and I stayed with my dentist I have had for years. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Jeremy was extremely rude, accusing me of sending him on a wild goose chase and even hung up on me. I love my dentist but now I may to leave her since they utilize this horrible company for imaging.

Jordan was very helpful in resolving an issue with a driver delay and ensuring it would not happen again. We were very happy to see that they stand by their work and are concerned about providing excellent patient experiences. They are open to feedback and want to meet client’s needs. Another staff member I believe by the name of Maria was very helpful in arranging to get our most recent scans back the same day. It helps to work closely with their team to ensure you and your patients receive the experience you need.

Not happy with this company, my first appointment had an equipment issue in my driveway, the driver tried to fix it, but said no one was available to work with him from his office, and someone would contact me to reschedule. They did, the next week, but it would be 2 additional weeks, I guess they don't give past appointments a priority. Of course this sets my dental treatment back 2 1/2-3 weeks. When I asked them for some consideration on the price, ($289) for my time and their issues, I was told no, that's the price. Not exactly customer friendly, or flexible, if you have a choice consider it, my thoughts.
