These place is full or lies and cheats, the people are just there to pretend they care. Front desk totally dishonest and rude management also disrespectful and dishonest. I was over charge and when talking to them about then they just kept making things up never honored the dental plan agreement. Overall just don’t go there if you do you’ll end up having bad dental jobs and bad customer experience. Update. They send the bill for the bad dental job they did, I received the bill 3 days ago and today I got a call from the collectors., it seem as if Gloria the supervisor from this office is struggling to pay her bills. By the way is cheaper if they send the bill to collections., way cheaper just make sure to pay it the same day the call so it doesn’t hit your credit report.

I have never seen a more unprofessional office. It was chaotic. I waited almost an hour. My X-ray technician didn’t speak English. I came in for a cleaning and they never did one. They saw that’s what I was listed for and told me to sit down but there were so many people waiting I told them I was leaving. I never met a dentist. I’m appalled.

Lost my last pair of aligners, didn't let me know my new pair came in months later, screwed me on the payment charging me more than quote or agreed upon. Don't go there or your family same company in San Rafael. Not recommended.

New to EZ Smile Napa. Had a dental emergency (broke an old crown) and drove to Novato for treatment. Amazing professional and cheerful treatment provided by Dr Q and the whole team. They somehow squeezed me in, removed the broken crown and provided a temporary. The permanent replacement will be done in Napa.

I have been in this place 4 times. The 4th time I was so glad that i had a very wonderful group, from the front desk Ruby, to Dr Quintanilla who was amazing and her assistant Norma. Thank you for making my day .
