Eyes on the Lake

Amazing experience and care from the whole team at Eyes on the Lake- highly highly recommend them!!!!. Dr Schneider is very skilled, I am a challenging contact fit and she took the time to redo it to make it right. No other eye physician I have worked with has ever done that. Andrea was just lovely, she helped me pick out glasses and fit them. Very professional and a good eye for what looks great on me. Very cool collection of frames. And Jessica was always friendly and helpful. I have had glasses since I was six months old and always have anxt about going to an eye appointment. Eyes on the Lake is definitely where I will be going from now on, I won't have anxt going forward😊

Had a great experience at Eyes on the Lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining every step of the process from exam to glasses selection. They also offer a kids program for children under 12 months to get an eye exam for free. I will definitely be recommending Eyes on the Lake to everyone.

Both Dr. Vaugn Schneider and Optician Alaine Bernat were welcoming, approachable and so knowledgeable. I spent quite awhile trying on so many unique frames, from statement styles to classic, there was such a variety. (And they were so patient with me as I changed my mind.) Prices are comparable for middle to higher-end options and they were in network with my vision insurance. I purchased more than one pair to upgrade my prescription eyewear, and one of them I was able to take home a short while later! They fit perfectly and the lenses are amazing. I’m relieved knowing there is an excellent warranty behind them too. Can’t wait to pick up the next pair!

Such a gorgeous office space. A lovely experience overall. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Loved getting advice on frames and not feeling rushed at all. Very unique and cool frame options too! Happy to have the business in Bay View!
