Eyepic Flatbush Eye Care

I recently visited Eyepic Flatbush Eyecare and had an excellent experience! The young lady at the front desk was super friendly & attentive from start to finish. The tech & the doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel well cared for. The office was very clean & modern. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.

The customer service needs improvement - after pre registration via text I traveled all the way to the office for them to advise me that it would be a $175 out of pocket cost. With the numerous text sent to me to pre registration prior to arriving I should have been notified that as well, instead of wasting my time to travel all the way there!

Excellent experience! The staff was welcoming, the doctor was thorough, and I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I left confident about my eye health. Highly recommend! It was all polite and gentle!

I wish I had seen the comments before going myself, but like many others have commented, I found the staff to be rude and also to lack integrity. First I come in, no smile or warm greeting. She offers to show me glasses I’d have to pay for, then drops me with a box to go through once I say I want the ones where I won’t have additional out of pocket fees. She ignores me until I’m done, like I’ve seen someone else mention in a review. But the real kicker is that she tells me I have to pay $120 for lenses ALONE — despite not requesting any special add ons to them. I asked about why it was that much and she said “that’s just the copay with your insurance”. Once I get home I realize that my insurance says I only have to pay $20 as a copay and more for add ons but I hadn’t requested any. So the
