It was a good visit. Everyone was pretty quick to help me from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor and to the floor people. Very helpful. All in all it was probably an hour and a half. But then it takes time to go through all the steps. I felt like the time went pretty quickly.

My visit went very well. Hospitable, informative, and compassionate! The staff were courteous and outstanding. Words cannot justify. Andrew was great! He is the epitome of customer service!

Doctor is excellent, very helpful and resourceful. But the wait is ridiculous. I made an appointment for contacts and glasses for myself and glasses for my daughter. Our appointment was at 3 we didn’t get out till almost 5:45pm and they still had to do my contact exam separately since the person that scheduled did put in for that exam. Definitely will rethink going back. I have never waited so long for an exam. Definitely disappointed since we spend well over $1k for glasses and exam

Great service !! Doc made me comfortable took her time. Staff was so friendly !!! I was able to be seen quick and they assisted with my frame selection and didn’t push more expensive items. Can’t wait to get them back. My dog ate my glasses so I need a quick replacement and they took the extra time to see what they could do to get them to me the quickest way. I’m very thankful and will be going back and bringing the rest of my family.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Camacho. From the moment I walked in as a new patient, his behavior was completely unprofessional and argumentative. My eyes have been bothering me, and I called ahead to confirm the my exam and change my appointment time. Over the phone, Anthony clearly told me the price would be $45. However, when I got to the office, Dr. Camacho told me it was $60. When I asked what the differed in the exams were, he couldn’t explain. I could care less about the cost, I just wanted to know what is the difference in the exam! He seemed to want to focus on the cost only! He delayed my exam and became very argumentative. When I asked him to explain the difference between the exams, he couldn’t provide a clear answer and instead became dismissive. As a patient
