Terrible experience! Came here about a month ago to get my glasses. Paid 106 USD for survey, and 145 for the glasses (had my own frame). They promised to deliver them in 7-10 days, but it took more than 15, after I called them several times. Since they didn’t arrive on time, I had to leave to Houston. Yesterday I have returned back home and checked the glasses. They were completely wrong and didn’t improve my ability to see, but made it even worse. Today I came here to return them and they don’t return the money that I paid for survey, cos as they say “it’s a service”, and they claim that the doctor “did the best”. I didn’t come there to buy the service and check if my eyes are bad. I already knew they are bad and wanted to solve that problem. On their side, to give me the most appropriate

Very thorough and kind staff. Very thankful they had online scheduling and worked on Saturdays. Dr. Caraballo does a great job!
