Eyecare Associates of SW Iowa

I had a fantastic appointment at Eyecare Associates yesterday. They initially had trouble locating my insurance coverage, but they didn’t give up until everything was sorted out, which I truly appreciated. Every employee I interacted with was helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. This was my first visit to a new eye doctor since my previous one retired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m so glad I chose them!

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. Wish I could rate them a 10/10! Best eye care place I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend !! ❤️

I took my 3 year old son in as a follow up from the Iowa Kids Sight program and the entire staff was incredible. Dr. Heskell was so patient and kind and the gal that helped us try on glasses was very knowledgeable and sweet. We weren’t expecting our son to need glasses but our experience made it a great visit! Thank you to the entire staff you are all amazing at what you do!

Very friendly and professional staff. Anxious to see that each patient receives perfect glasses just for them. I look forward to going back each year.
