Perhaps not the cheapest, but trustworthy with top rate service!

The staff was welcoming and professional, and the eye exam was thorough without feeling rushed. Everything was explained clearly. I was able to get a new contact prescription as well as new super comfortable glasses. Highly recommend!!!

Chose this location because other, more nearby optometry locations seemed to have customer facing behavioral issues. Whether those reviews were bias, fake, or whatever the case, I didn’t want to deal with it because I haven’t had an eye exam in ages and wanted to limit the scope of potential issues. This store seemed to be the most positively reviewed, by others, so I decided to give this location a try. As for how it overall went, I had no complaints. Arrived early and the front desk processed my appointment quickly. Employees were kind, directive towards the necessary procedures for the exam, answered questions informatively if I had them, and were attentive and helpful if I looked lost for a while or thought I was uncomfortable; without me needing to ask them. I have been going to Dr. Lily Chen for several years. She was referred to me by an ophthalmologist. Dr. Chen is very thorough and has a particularly pleasant personality. The office is very clean and the assessment tools appear up-to-date. Victor, who I asked to help me select eyeglass frames was very knowledgeable about why a particular frame worked or didn’t work well. Another plus is that they accepted my insurance. Bottom line, I unequivocally recommend their practice.
