Dr. Cromer and Michelle were both outstanding. They treated me with kindness and patience as a first-time contact user. They were professional, efficient, and informative. This is my second annual visit with them and I will continue to appreciate their skills in future years.

I've been coming to Dr. Dan Nhi since 2021 and I'm glad to have found her. She's very approachable and knowledgeable l. She gave me options and helped me make informed decisions about my rx. I ❣️ her.

Absolutely loved Taniya and Dr.Cromer!! They made me feel so comfortable and were so encouraging since I was nervous about taking out my contacts. They were also super informative and friendly!! I absolutely recommend and will be a retuning patient!!

We have been going to this eye doctor since it has open at Costco. We love the doctor she is always sweet, patient and takes the time to talk to us. Unfortunately the new staff is not patience or sweet. We went there three separate times. One to make appointments, to take one child then the next child. Ugh!! She was not helpful in trying to find a day for my kids. It took two weeks to get in. While I was waiting with my daughter, the same office lady's friend came up to her and asked if she could squeeze her in. She was like of course, she asked if 4 o'clock would work . My thoughts okay...sure.🤨

My visit was for a routine eye exam and to get the prescription I WANTED vs what the last place gave me. I got the detailed retina exam also to double check the last place's conclusion, which I felt was worth it. The doctor was very understanding of my issue with desiring a near-vision prescription that covered a range of distance so I could read, see a car dashboard, etc with good clarity. The last place gave me a too-strong near-vision strength that was only good for like precisely 8.5 inches. Useless in real life. This was in a Costco which was conveinient, they had a pretty good selection of frames.
