Eye Encounters

One of Eye Encounters employees snapped my glasses right in front of my eyes. I gave them the name of North American distributor and patiently waited five months for them to order replacement frames. During that window, they did not communicate with me at all. I called multiple times for updates, and I was told there was no update. I finally went into the store, and I asked for my broken frames, so I could go do it myself and was able to get the replacement frames the next day. Eye Encounters then refused to reimburse the cost of replacement frames

I recently visited Eye Encounters and had an excellent experience. The service was incredibly fast and reliable. Dr. Cook was a pleasure to work with—very straightforward, kind, and professional. I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of quality eye care and glasses. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I went in today for my first fitting and "training" for my contacts and as always the staff is great! But I wanna shout out Alina she was a rockstar she was super patient with me and allowed me to get comfortable with the process !

Mary is amazing! She fixed two pairs of my glasses in less than 5 minutes, and one of them I honestly thought was beyond repair. They were really expensive, so I was so happy and relieved. I highly recommend this place, and especially Mary - she’s the one you want to go to!

I’ve had enough of this place. I’ve been going for years and there’s this one particular staff member with a horrible attitude. Today I had to call for a second day in a row just to put in a request for my contacts prescription and this man was telling me I needed to call him at work (I work a FOH floor position) in the bathroom or something despite the fact I told him I would have to call back tomorrow, even though I didn’t want to have to call a third day in a row just to order my prescription. He muttered under his breath (it sounded like swearing) and when I asked him what he said, he lied and said that he didn’t say anything. Horrible, nasty attitude anytime he picks up the phone. Everyone else who works here is wonderful, but I’m refusing to go back here if he stays.
