I went in to have my eye glasses repaired. One of the arms came loose and I was hoping they could fix it and she said she didn’t have the exact arm that could fix it but she had parts that she could use to repair it and I was like OK no problem how much and she fixed it and didn’t charge me anything! She gave great customer service prior to me even finding the amount that it was going to be repaired and it was amazing. You just don’t find companies willing to do that anymore.
