Eye Design Optical

I had a great experience at Eye Design Optical. I was helped by Darleny who went above and beyond to provide great service. She explained all my options when it came to purchasing my glasses and contacts. The person who did the eye exam was also friendly. I will definitely come back to buy more and for future service.

My original review is attached below , which I was told to delete when I came back in to pick up my glasses in exchange for colored contacts. I took the offer because the manager apologized to me and she was sweet about the situation, but it did feel a bit like they were buying my silence. And I never actually got a proper apology from the worker Ana who was unprofessional and highly disrespectful towards me. And they still have her working in the front until this day. But the reason I’m putting the review back up is because as of recently I realized against my wishes / consent Ana opened up a health insurance credit card which I realized it was her because I called the credit company and they informed me that it was opened from the eye optical company/ address and it was opened the date t

Trust me when I say it’s a one star, and everyone in these 1 start comments are telling the truth. Went for a check up and immediately needed glasses without an explanation. I asked for my perceptions 3 times and they told me I needed to purchase glasses first when I have the rights for my perception. I was like okay cool I’ll but a pair, 1 pair for 538 when their non brand plus I their insurance glasses. This isn’t my first time buying glasses and they came out to 150. Cool I buy them and I do a down payment and this down payment isn’t even to the 538 the original price is 600. I got my glass a few days later and they were the wrong perception, why you may ask ? BECAUSE THEY RUSHED EVERYTHING, and gaslight you into making a purchase that can’t be refunded or exchanged. Do they tell you t

This was my first time here after struggling for so long with a red eye I was finally able to get the help I needed when I came here. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. So nice & staff is helpful and amazing

I didn't have any issues it was good service and I received my glasses within a few days which I'm usually waiting a few weeks for my glasses but I received my glasses within 3 to 4 days it was very quick service
