Dr. Chan was really great and thorough. I have chronic dry eyes and he recommended I try punctual plugs and the miboflow treatment, and I found it really helped my eyes feel more comfortable. I was looking to get a new pair of sunglasses because the ones I buy online never fit quite right and the store manager, Vivian, patiently helped me pick out a pair that fit me well and had nose pads like I preferred. They have an extensive selection of frames to choose from. Overall great experience, would definitely go back for my annual eye exam!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. They were really helpful and pulled up my information quickly and I was able to see Dr. Chan in just a few minutes. He was really thorough in my examination and made sure to give me a full check up. It was much more detailed and meticulous than other optometrists I’ve been to in the past. When I was done, the front desk was helpful and patient in helping me choose a pair of glasses that was covered by my insurance. The ambiance of the store itself was great as well and felt really clean and modern. They had a large selection of brand name glasses if you want to buy a pair that isn’t covered by your insurance. I was walking by the other day on my way home from work and my glasses had broke. I stopped in to see if someone could help me. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming & warm and fixed them free of charge! I tried to pay and each time, she said no problem at all. We love to help! I was so impressed by their kindness, I made my eye appointment for the following week with them. Again, I was greeted with such warmth and efficiency. I was in and out. The doctor was great at answering all my questions. I’m excited to say that now I am a forever customer!

Had a great experience getting an eye exam and new glasses here. The office was incredibly flexible with scheduling an appointment. The examination with Dr. Chan was efficient, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Vivian was extremely helpful with helping me select new glasses. New optometry place with lots of eyeglasses frames available to choose from. Spoke with Dr. Chan who took his time with the eye exam, my prescription is definitely more clear than before now. I also saw they do this Ortho K thing which I wish I had when I was a kid, going to have to keep that in mind for the future. Nice aesthetic to the whole place, no wait when I was there can probably just walk in too. Hard to choose the glasses I wanted but they help you narrow it down
