The Dr herself is fine, but her staff is what’s going to cause her to loose patients. I brought my children here due to an insurance change and have almost immediately regretted it. The last straw is most recent when I declined to purchase glasses from here and asked for their prescriptions. The PD measurement wasn’t on there, and when I called for it, the refused to give it to me saying that would need to be obtained from where I chose to buy the glasses from. That information should be included on the prescription. My children will not be returning.

**Do Not Go To This Place!** Was treated very, very poorly after my family & I has been patients & customers for many years. My wife normally handles things with this optical office, but this time I decided to stop in just to pick out 3 pair of glasses myself. First off, after speaking with one of the receptionist & picking out the glasses if I’m not mistaken the office manager took over, and immediately began making the experience not only unpleasant, but also far more complicated than I felt it need to be, in regards to the insurance allowances & pricing. Told her I’ll just call back tomorrow with my decision after I discuss it with my wife & make the half down payment over the phone. Called the next day & this same office manager continued to handle the interaction with me & gave me a r

Dr. Lind is very friendly and she helped me get a much more accurate prescription than the last doctor I saw. Frame selection was a little on the smaller size but still a good selection to choose from. I didn't end up purchasing frames but the ladies working the front desk were very accommodating in trying to help me find what I like in frames. I will definitely be staying with this office.

The best eye care doctor I had in years. She honest, personable, friendly and very careful on telling me my results on my exam. I would trade her for no one else. It took me years to find a excellent eye care doctor. As far as the staff there, the young ladies are always smiling and have excellent customer service skills.

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. I was greeted promptly. They were very professional and friendly. I appreciate that she remembered our conversation on the phone a few days prior. It means they truly listen and care about their clientele. They were able to get me a better deal than I would have gotten with my vision discount plan. Pricing was all explained well and reasonable. Most importantly though, Dr. Lind did an excellent job breaking the horrible news that I will have to wear glasses all the time now. Lol... well at least they have a customer for life, right?
