Ive been going to Dr. Marcha for years! Always informative, kind, caring (actually was concerned when I missed my annual exams for a couple of years due to an OON insurance change) and the whole staff is very professional and friendly! As long as my plan is in network, I choose them every time!

Everyone is very friendly, and welcoming. I felt like I was home . The selection of eyewear that they have is plentiful, as well as stylish. I will be returning each year to use my benefits, which they accept a wide variety of insurance, in addition to affordable choices without insurance. 5 stars

she tried to call a standard screw a bolt (probably because she didn't want to help). I've never seen easy money turned down so quickly. edit: not listening is the reason for 1 star. they say they couldn't fix my broken glasses....my glasses were not broken. Just needed a screw replaced. no worries the spot at broad and olney quickly replaced the screw and earned my business.

Jane was very patient and kind over the phone and in person. Dr. was very informative and helpful. Not the best location but if you want to be taken care of well this place is excellent. Only downfall is sometimes they can get backed up even if you made an appointment. Longest time I had to wait was about 20 minutes. Nothing to complain about.

Dr Smith is one of the best eye doctors in the area.
