Eye Associates of Winnsboro

one of my appointments the doctor prescribed me some medicine but never sent it in and i had to go a whole weekend without any medication than i had to keep going up there to try to get somebody to send it in so it took a whole week just to get the same medication he prescribed me last time after he said he was prescribing something new, two appointments i waited at least a hour to get called to the back when it wasn’t even nobody in there besides me at first and that was around Christmas so today it was the same outcall but instead my appointment was at 10:15 and i never got called to the back and almost was waiting an hour just for them to call somebody else back that just came in the office, after all that i told them to cancel my appointment and it wouldn’t no need to reschedule cause

They got me in as a new patient with an emergency eye situation the same day. When I got there the staff and doctor were all very kind, and when I needed closer/more intense care, got me into MUSC same day with a phone call (and MUSC saw me as an urgent patient without a wait because of that call). Will definitely be making them my regular eye doctor. I so deeply appreciate how every single person in the office seemed to genuinely care about me and getting me the best possible medical help. They probably saved my vision. Highly recommend.

The first time I got an eye exam here was four years ago and the office didn't carry glasses. This time around they do and I am very happy about that. Dr. Bailey is delightful and the office staff are too. Everyone is kind and helpful. I picked up my new glasses this morning and I love them (so far). I chose the tortoise shell frames. I've had this style in the past and should have stuck with it but two years ago I opted for something else from a different eye care office. So far these glasses are great!

I brought my mother in for glasses and for the 3rd time I was told the lady that does glasses was not there! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will be going somewhere else. Several of my family members go there and love Dr. Bailey but apparently there have had issues with glasses lady not being there also. How does she even have a job still? My mother in law is also a patient and said the lady that does the glasses was extremely rude to her last time she was in and she decided also not to go back because of her. She is going to cause the Dr. to loose alot of longtime patients. Hopefully someone new will be hired soon because there is no way she is worth losing multiple patients. Extremely sad because he is a great Dr.
