Extra Care City Pharmacy

It's nice to have a small pharmacy in Oviedo, very friendly and courteous. The staff and Pharmacist are caring and will take time to go over your medications with you, your not just the next customer for them. They also deliver, and are comparable with other pharmacies. 5 stars

This pharmacy tried to price gauge me when there was a national shortage on my critical monthly medication that was not in stock in other normal pharmacies. She insisted that I agree to transfer all of my other prescriptions to her, even those that weren't affected. She refused to give me a cash price in the morning. Then, when she said she didn't take my insurance, she quoted a charge for the medication 3x as much as what I would pay for cash at Walgreen, CVS, etc even without insurance. I usually pay 0 with my insurance but was willing to pay cash since I had been without medicine for 3 days. I told her this and she quoted me 3x the amount of what you would pay at Walgreens after she strung me along for 5 hours trying to get me to give her the RX numbers for other prescriptions to transf

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!! I live in Longwood and drive about 20 mins to them for our perscriptions! The pharmacist is so kind and genuine and really cares about your well being. Its an independent pharmacy, but I would choose it over the bigger pharmacies any day. Highly recommend!

They are very rude, unhelpful and arrogant. I needed assistance over the phone and the receptionist hung up on me, and will not answer my calls.
