This place is amazing! everyone is very nice and helpful, they make you feel at ease from the minute you walk in. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Shane. Also, the cleanest clinic I've ever been in! Highly recommend ExpressMED.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at ExpressMed. The office staff is always friendly, efficient, and gets you seen quickly, they really keep things running smoothly. PA Shane LaHood is exceptional. He’s caring, thorough, and truly listens. Instead of just rushing or writing a prescription, he takes the time to get to the root of the problem and make sure you understand what’s going on. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine care and attention these days. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality, compassionate care that doesn’t cut corners. Not to mention, you will be in and out! No waiting for hours in waiting rooms.

My visit to this urgent care was outstanding from start to finish. Check in was fast and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Shane and his team demonstrated both professionalism and compassion. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options, making sure I understood every step. I truly appreciated his prompt attention and high level of care. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for when you need medical help on short notice.
