The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating, they made me feel comfortable when I entered the facility. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my symptoms and ways to treat my symptoms. In addition, she was very concerned about my overall well-being. I will definitely visit again if needed.

It was late in the day but the professionalism of all the staff was as if it were the first thing in the morning. If anyone was tired or not feeling well, I would have never known. Excellent treatment from the front desk to the attending health professional. And they are QUICK! Thanks guys! Ms C Cooper

My son is almost 4 and my other almost 2 and I’ve never seen them more comfortable at an office than with Lilly ! She had such a beautiful personality with my children they absolutely loved her and her patience with the “ excuse me “ my oldest said a million times was so relieving and sweet, I know kids can be a bit much sometimes but she was wonderful with the both of them. I will never hesitate to rush my kids there knowing they have people like Lilly on their team ! I hope she gets the appreciation she deserves. Thank you Lilly !

Scheduled an appointment online and arrived within 2 minutes of the appointment time. The waiting room was not busy, no more than 2 people at the time. I was called within 15 minutes of arriving and taken to the back, the medical assistant did not take my blood pressure properly (took it over my sweatshirt) and misinformed me that my pressure was very, very low. I had to take a urine test in the bathroom; it was a urine stained pad and plastic container that also had stains in it for me to put my sample in. The black marker that I was asked to use, was also laying on the dirty pad with urine stains. After waiting for 90 minutes from my appointment time, I was not seen by a provider, within this timeframe, I was not checked on or communicated with by any staff about the prolonged wait time.

Always efficient and caring and courteous from front desk , to health techs, to providers. Courtney PA is amazing but so are the other providers I’ve seen also. Very quick wait time and feel needs are always addressed adequately. I’ve been to lots of urgent cares and hands down one of the best
