My health care provider was warm and welcoming and apologized for my long wait time, though no apology was necessary. It was the day after a major holiday and flu cases are on the rise, so I fully expected it to be busy and understood the need for patience. She was knowledgeable, personable, sincere, and genuinely caring. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and communicated in a direct, clear manner that was both natural and professional. She was impressively efficient, moving smoothly from room to room while ensuring each patient received the same high-quality care and attention. She deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication, especially during such a demanding and busy shift.

From the moment I walked in, the clean and welcoming waiting area immediately eased some of my worry. The front desk lady at the first window went above and beyond, jumping in to help with paperwork when she saw I was struggling with my infant. That small act of kindness meant so much. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Let rice was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Reasons for the types of testing , diagnosis were thoroughly gone over and explained. I received great care today.
