ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Northpoint

My daughter was seen there for severe abdominal pain. They noticed her lower right leg was a bit swollen. She told them it was because she has a known cyst on the back of her knee and has for over 15 years. They told her she had a blood clot and needed to go to the ER. After spending over 6 hours at the ER she went home. She was later diagnosed with gallbladder and kidney issues. She spent days in pain because this place dismissed her symptoms and would not listen to her. She should sue them. Very unprofessional, and they could have killed her!!

We went there for my daughter's sports physical we had an appointment I thought it was gonna be a wait we signed in sat down, they called her right back we were in and out in 20 maybe 30 minutes and only 20 dollars for the physical insurance does not cover sports physical for some reason but the staff was very nice and the waiting room was clean and quiet. There was 2 televisions one for adults and one for kids. Thank you express care

First incident, I was being treated by a male doctor believe he was Indian he was very rude asking me why did I come at 8 pm then I proceeded to say I just got off of work. If it’s so hard to treat your clients with respect and you want to complain about us coming in at a certain time then don’t work there!!! He was very aggressive with me as well while he was doing an exam down there, I felt violated and I wish I would’ve had a female doctor instead. 2nd incident, the female African American receptionist that I spoke to over the phone was rude and had a attitude which I why I won’t be coming back here ever again.

the staff that were there when i went had no manners and were very rude. completely ignored us when we walked in because one lady was on a call and the other was scrolling on her phone . the bigger sized lady with glasses had the most negative energy and was rolling her eyes when weighing my baby because he started crying. i don’t recommend this location and the express care near aldi had way better staff

The gentleman at the front desk, (I should have gotten his name), was so helpful and gave me great info on a question I had about finding a PCP for my daughter. The physician my daughter saw was also very pleasant, which sometimes isn't always the case when I had visited Express Care in the past. She was also very informative on what care may help my daughter. So overall my experience was a pleasant one.
