ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Gambrills

The staff at this location have always been so great and friendly. From the moment you walk into the lobby to the triage to the provider and diagnostic testing. All I have met, are very professional and confidential. It helps keep a parent calm when our child is sick.

My attending PA, nurse and front desk today were amazing! I really appreciated the positive and friendly bedside manner, professionalism and efficiency while ensuring all questions and concerns were addressed with clarity and patience.

So glad this center opened up in our area. My first visit was today. It was easy to book an appointment online and complete the paperwork. I was seen right away. The staff were professional, efficient, asked good questions and listened to the answers. A special shout out goes to Jenna Dahle, who did a great job during my exam and prescribed the medication I needed. They had it at the center and the price was better than what I would have paid at our local CVS. This center is worth 5 stars.

The receptionist was most pleasant when I arrived w pain in my hand from a fall. The xray tech/nurse and the doctor were informative and most importantly, listened to me. I was in an out within 30 min, highly recommend to friends and family.

The nurse was amazing-she did a throat culture better than I've ever experienced. The doctor was thorough, friendly and fantastic!
