ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Ellicott City

This was probably the best urgent care trip I’ve ever had. From the moment I got in the building until discharge was amazing. The receptionist was nice and attentive. Charlize was phenomenal and made the whole ordeal bearable with humor and kindness. She made me feel like she was relating to me. Dr. Kum was awesome and knowledgeable and calm. He helped me through the pain and gave clear instructions. I might not go to another urgent care again

It was a quick and easy process as a walk in. The front desk staff was pleasant & helpful. The medical staff in the back were also kind & helpful. The entire process from check in, prep & exam were efficient & quick. The facility is very close to my home. I would not hesitate to use the services again. Thank you!

I made an appointment online for 9:17AM. By 9:40 I was walking out with my prescription! The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly.

This urgent care was truly amazing. I had to bring my daughter in at 730pm on a Thursday evening and they had us in and out, with a script called in within 30 minutes. They were very friendly and professional. If we ever need an urgent care again, this will be our go to!

Yes, the night crew (January 20, 2026 Tuesday Night) were thee best when it came to making sure that I was good as a walk-in patient. They made sure that I was taken care of provided me with all the details on what is going on with myself. Along with that they were open to my jokes and they joked and laugh with me. I highly recommend coming to that location just for that team of three amazing Ladies!! Also, when talking with them it felt like a family and that's big cause some locations treat you like a patient without caring for you as a person. So they are top tier. If y'all lose them idk what'll happen. I recommend the best option to keep people like that add some extra dollars to their hourly wage. Cause then they’ll be lock in with you.
