ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Dundalk

I received consistent service from all team members during my visit today and yesterday. Every member went above and beyond to ensure I understood. All my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed at all. I really appreciate that.

I really liked the med tech that I had and the provider. I wish I could remember their names. They were very kind and thorough. I felt very taken care of and even though I am still sick I am feeling better than I was yesterday with the meds. This visit was much better than my last recent visit. This visit got a hundred stars from me.

The wait was a bit long but that was ok , The doctor I had today was absolutely amazing I had to have an embedded piercing removed from my lip and I was so nervous so my anxiety was through the roof but she was definitely great at making sure the situation felt smooth . Even shared laughs at the end .

never again. never will i come back here again . i went in too get seen for a chest x-ray too see if my cold turned into pneumonia because the way my cough was sounding was abnormal, the urgent care i went too prior said the same thing but they didn’t have a r-ray tech. so i came to get seen & the black african lady denied for one for whatever reason after waiting a hour & she proceeded too give me a paper too sign stating that the doctor read the x-ray labs back too me but it was never given one. so i asked about it & she said she can just put down that i refused too sign when she got confronted. so i didn’t sign then paper then she proceeded too proscribe me medicine that i couldn’t mix with the medication i was taking for my cold from my other doctor. mind you i said this when i first w

Not being from the area I found my self in need of medical assistance and when to your facility to be seen. The facility was clean, the staff attentive and professional. Thank you all so much.
