I have been here twice. Everyone was kind, friendly and caring. Facility was very clean. I felt I got as good care as when I go to my primary doctor. I will definitely go back (although I hope I don’t have to!)

10/13/25. Today, I rushed to the clinic as my daughter was showing symptoms of the GI virus. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with warmth and care, making us feel truly welcomed and supported. She also took the time to check on my daughter's well-being. We were seen immediately, and the nurse was fantastic—constantly assessing and comforting my little princess, which really eased our worries. Dr. Cole, the Physician Assistant, was exceptionally approachable, especially for teens. He made my daughter feel at ease during the examination, explaining everything clearly. His caring attitude and thorough care reassured us greatly. I sincerely appreciate the attentive and compassionate service we received today. My situation was different from the word go….BUT it ended very well. Being bounced from one center to another was not an issue. The question that I have is, “Why are patients asked to pre register when the pre registration isn’t looked at? I find out after I check in, pay my co-pay, go to an exam room that the test that I had clearly stated on my registration was not offered at that facility. Instead of refunding me my co-pay I was referred to another location that has what I needed. Not a problem. My frustration came in, after driving 30 minutes to the other location, the original center called me to tell me that I had to make an appointment with the location that I was just told that I didn’t need to make one with b/c they would call ahead to let them know that I was on my way. The front desk staff and overall operations were fast, efficient, and well organized. My first visit with a physician at this practice was positive, and I felt my concerns were taken seriously. Unfortunately, my second visit was a markedly different experience due to the provider’s communication style, clinical decisions, and overall bedside manner. I saw this provider for intermittent wheezing, a whistling sound when breathing, throat pain, and feeling generally unwell. This was my first time seeing him. Although I explained my symptoms, he was dismissive and told me that “some people just whistle when they breathe,” without offering a real medical explanation. He refused to order a chest X-ray and assumed my illness was viral after only doing strep, COVID, and flu swabs. No blood work wa

My visit there was very pleasant. The whole staff was excellent and very helpful. Affordable even when paying out of pocket, especially the medication from their in-house pharmacy. Loved everything about this urgent care 🙂
