ExpressCare at Sinai Hospital

My experiences here have always been positive ones and yesterday was no different. The PA was compassionate and listened. There was not much waiting. I easily made my appointment online. I no longer rush over to Patient First when there’s Urgent Care in the neighborhood. And I was able to get my prescription too.

I will never go to this facility again. I was there for 3 hours and never received treatment. I pre registered online when I got there the machine wouldn’t let me check in. The clerk at the desk reregistered me moving my appointment to approximately 10 minutes later. I sat there from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. I got up from my sick bed to get a Covid/Flu swab as I was scheduled for surgery the next day. Never happened. Finally I requested a refund which was approved and left.

Everyone is always so nice and professional ! The Triage nurse was very good with my daughter and NP Richards-Clarke was thorough in examination. She made sure she checked everything she could for my daughter. I appreciated their efforts 🙏🏽❤️

Wait time was great. 100 times better than an emergency room the waiting room was bright and clean. The receptionist was professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. The staff was friendly. The physicians assistant was thorough and really listen to my description of my situation. One thing I really liked was the option. To get my meds right there at the facility and the price was comparative Will be going there should I need the services again?

Worst experience ever. Not only did the tell me that I would have a different experience based on my insurance coverage but I was forced to service myself. The male dr. was a real piece of work. I complained about the timing and was told by him all Patient sit for at least 2 hours. To add insult to injury I self swabbed. This was quite frankly the worst express care visit I've ever had. I can bleed out my head and I would never come to this location again.
