Express Urgent Care

I recently had an outstanding experience at Palatka Express Urgent Care. I had an urgent medical issue occur that needed attention. It wasn't emergency room level, but it was serious enough that I needed to be seen. Express Urgent Care got me right in, performed the necessary lab tests and even was able to schedule a CT scan for me that morning. The lab tests were read right on the spot in under 10 minutes and the Doctor called me with the CT results about 2 hours later. The staff were very friendly and courteous, everyone listened to my concerns and comments and I felt welcomed there. They also accept cash pay at reasonable prices. I have been to other urgent care facilities elsewhere and this is by far the best. If you need to go to Urgent Care, I would recommend Palatka Express

I’m so glad I chose this urgent care to go to! As soon as I went up to check on Kristen was so very nice and helpful. She gave me my paperwork and said they would get me back as soon as they could! All with a caring wonderful attitude. So i got there around 4:00 an it was busy but not bad. I knew I would have a little wait but didn’t really mind. I finally got back about an hour or less which again was fine. The nurse was very nice and greeted me with Hello how are you doing to today. So far everyone has been amazing. The. The dr came in an I explained all my symptoms. She did a thorough exam. An then explain to me exactly what I needed a called in my prescriptions. She was an absolute delight.
