Express Specialty Pharmacy

Do not use this pharmacy. I would've saved a week of waiting on a much-needed compound medication if I'd trusted the 1-star rating on google and told my provider to use a different one. IF they answered my call, they would tell me either: a.) we are contacting your provider to get more information or b.) some of the ingredients for the compound are on backorder and we are reaching out to alternative vendors. For me, the cycle of excuses was a-b-a. Oh yeah, they also tell you that they will call you back same or next day with more info, but don't.

Prescription sent on Friday around 4pm. My phone was dead and they "were trying to contact me". They sent a text from an email address. I turned my phone on around 5pm, saw the text message without any contact info. Called the office Saturday Monday before and after 8am and they kept saying it was closed. I went to the clinic at around 8:30am and the pharmacy was still closed. Went again at 11amand they said my prescriptions were. It ready and that it would take around 30mins. I asked them to transfer them. CVS pharmacy was trying to reach them for 2 hours and never picked up. I called for 10 mins straight, no answer. They are closed!!! I'm sitting here with bronchitis and throat infection and no medicine until Monday. Way to go!!! This pharmacy is a joke!!!
