Express Specialty Pharmacy

Well I drive an hour here after paying $150 for a covid test. Called the numbers on the windows and signs. No answers. Had an appointment for 9 am.... she calls me at 9:10 from her cell phone and tells me to leave and come back. Hmmmmm....I guess her schedule is more important than mine. Very unprofessional. Very unorganized. Customers/ patients must not be very Important. I'll never come here again.

We got a rapid covid test, everyone was so nice and took care of us right away. They advised us to return in 2 weeks for our booster. I will definitely schedule!

Made an appointment for vaccine online. I waited for over and hour and waited and waited. They told me they were going to call my cell phone and took many people in front of me. When I finally asked they said you need to wait inside so we can see you. WHICH ONE is it??? No vaccines when they said it was going to be, no checking appointments....right hand doesn't the left is doing and a bunch of people in close quarters. Just ridiculous.

They said who had to measure my leg for a brace came on duty at 11. I was there, she was on her phone for an hour knowing I was there and even declined a call from one of the girls inside to tell her I was STILL waiting. The next pharmacist came on at noon and helped me. Unexcusable to say the least.

Expensive, rude pharmacist and when you ask to speak to manager they are not in. They refuse to fill scrips unless ALL your meds - including maintenance are transferred. Hours are short late mornings to early afternoons, no weekends. Don't bother not worth the trouble or expense!
