A poor, pathetic excuse of a company. Through three phone calls and well over TWO hours of my time, they kept telling me that my insurance was the problem for a medication fill. My insurance company calls them and talks to them, and they merge the call between the three of us. Well, the express scripts representative has no idea why they couldn’t fill it before. They needed NO approval from my insurance company, but kept blaming them for being the problem. And to think that this review won’t do anything! This company really gives the true American healthcare experience!!
Express-script provides a useful comparative pricing service. The rest of the service, including EverNorth is a total waste of time and often 2-5x more expensive than other pharmacies. You can't get a Rx order shipped without first going trough the "automated assistant" and then providing all your information again to a live pharmacist. The overall service is old, tired and belongs to anyone era.
I was FORCED to move my Mounjaro script to Evernorth and all they’ve done in the past month is screw it up. I’m now on week 2 without my medication and spent wasted time talking to “way to curious”, uneducated tele help people who have no urgency to get me my script. It’s blackmail by my insurance company. I can get this locally for the low, low price of $1000.00 or NOT GET IT for my normal copay. I’ve been getting this from my local pharmacy for two years because express-scripts could provide it during the shortage. Do yourself a favor, find a local option if you can. This company is terrible and their only care is profit not the patient.
Arrived about 2 hours early they weren't quite open yet as soon as they open someone came and grabbed my paperwork and I was out of there within an hour. Pretty easy process
Had to pay out of pocket bc of a computer error after switching from benecard. Was told twice I would be reemberced once from a supervisor Daniel who told me it was approved over the phone. Sent receipt and direct claim paperwork but had no response from anyone for 3 weeks. Called back. No representatives took any notes about my issue or how to resolve. Had to start over 3 times because of incompetence and lack of communication. Lastly spoke to Deborah a supervisor, she told me I my direct claim was denied because my policy doesn't cover it. (The clerical error their company made) So I ask what does it cover and how do I get help. No help whatsoever, 240$ paid out of my pocket for their mistake, avoid this awful company at all cost.
