Live Urgent Care

I visited urgent care clinic in Burlington to have my chest and throat examine due to previous Covid infection that I am still experiencing since visiting there. I am not happy. My wait time was well over 30 minutes and The practitioner nurse proceed to see other patient before me I was placed in rm4 and very much aware of her taking other patients ahead of.The link for me to give my review was taken down before I could give this Practitioner results on February 25, 2026.I walked out feeling Insulted when no one else was in the room she was sitting there like I didn’t existed. The assistant who took my pressure was OK, but it doesn’t take a nurse that long to see a patient. I am also in the medical field of nursing in school for for 30 years and now I am retired. Loved the kindness and patience of all the staff. It’s surprising to see an urgent care that has nice and kind people all the way from the front desk to the providers. Lots of smiles. When you’re sick the least you want is to deal with difficult people. Well here they smile 😊 Also it was fast service, even though there was more people there, my wait was short. And to top it all off it’s brand new construction beautiful space and super clean. All in all, excellent!

Went to urgent care today and it was a quick and easy visit. The employees and nurse practitioner were all very polite and professional. I will be coming here next time I need a urgent care visit. 10/10

I made an appt to be seen for a lingering cough tonite. There were plenty of appointments avail.. I was seen on time, the entire staff was courteous and professional, and the NP was great! The entire place was extremely clean, masks were provided, and the check in process was super quick.. I a needed a chest XRAY and the wait time was minimal.. The NP gave me a preliminary result within minutes and told me she would call in the am once the XRAY was officially read.. She was very thorough, professional, and she addressed my concerns. I def recommend this location..

This place was awesome. Walked in with sick child as first time patient - was checked in, seen, diagnosed, and prescribed care within 30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and provided an overall great experience. Will definitely return in future!
