Normally I would give a higher review but my last experience combined with a while back has got me angered. I called and explained to Megan who answered the phone that I was waiting on a script to be sent from the doctor. She proceeds to tell me without knowing anything, which isn't her business, that even if it was there it couldn't be filled a week early. I explained, even thyough I shouldn't have to that I had an appointment that I say down with my doctor and she ok'd me getting these meds early. Mind you I've only had them filled early maybe once before. Then Megan, not satisfied says she needs details, again not her business and if she read notes which were given yesterday, and the doctor has to send notes to her saying that they could be filled early. They wouldn't even give me a receipt and product information, I have no way to get reimbursed, very disrespectful people, I thought by law they were required, but i guess not, as you can see in the photos, not even a staple mark

We are very loyal customers. The company that we went to was bought out. After trying a few pharmacies (with no luck), I asked a friend who she went to. She told me she wouldn't trust anyone except Express RX. Although she went to a different location. We decided to try the Joplin location. We are glad we did. Everything has gone smoothly. The employees are easy to work with. Our needs are being met in a timely and professional manner.

Stephanie was so wonderful. But a bad day at work( I assume) she raised her voice and spoke in a very nasty way. I called and requested a return call from her. I can only guess they have enough business, and no longer needed my $75K a year in scripts. I didn't want to change pharmacies But had no choicesfelt I had no option.
