Express MD Urgent Care

Express MD Urgent Care in Pflugerville is an awesome place with great customer service. We had some issues getting a physical done for our daughter. My husband and I had been there on two different occasions, and every time the staff was incredibly honest and kind. They didn’t feel comfortable completing the physical and having us spend money if the school might not accept it—and we truly appreciated that level of integrity. Once we finally received approval to use their form, everything worked out perfectly. Big shoutout to the staff, especially Brandy, and the wonderful lady who worked on Saturday (I didn’t catch her name). Thank you all for being so caring and professional!

We have been going and having our drug testing done for our high school health science program for five years now and they have always worked so well with us. Today was smooth and we got 15 kids through in an hour and a half. Andrea and Dawn Have got it down to a science. They’re good to my kids and they make it so easy. Highly recommend for any occupational health. Andrea is awesome!!

I had an emergency on a Saturday. I cut my finger while cooking. Yes. I know! I was impressed with the service that I received at EmpressMD!! The professionalism of the staff including the nurse practitioner-Megan that evaluated me. The facility was clean, calm & inviting. I wanted to take a nap there. I can't tell you how impressed I was especially on a weekend. I will definitely refer & recommend ExpressMD to anyone who needs their services.

If this could be Zero Stars, it would. Terrible front desk experience. My fiancé had a serious injury, he cut his arm open at work and needed stitches urgently. We had already spent nearly an hour driving around from clinic to clinic trying to get him help. When we finally arrived here, I calmly asked how long the wait would be, and I was met with nasty looks, and an unprofessional tone. I was told “I don’t know I have to get him in the system so 30 minutes”, but we were seen in under five, which proves that the attitude was not only unnecessary, it was also misleading. To add salt to my wound she made sure to emphasize that I could not go back into the room with my husband. While visiting Austin for training I had to go to an urgent care unexpectedly. Everyone here was very kind and helpful. I was seen quickly and felt I received the best care possible under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Express MD Urgent Care. The experience overall was excellent!
